Shipping Policy

At AURAVITA, every order is handled with the utmost care and delivered with our signature white-glove service.  Essence of Eternity products are handcrafted in Canada and fulfilled individually by our wellness partner. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Shipping is included in the product price — no additional charges at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

White-Glove Delivery Select items include premium white-glove delivery service, which includes in-home placement and packaging removal. Eligible items will be noted on the product page.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
